PURUSH AAYOG FOR NRI : Delhi में Husband को Child की Paternity पर Doubt हो तो DNA Test कैसे मांगें - Legal Guidance for Men?

Divorce Lawyers in Delhi NCR: Husband

Lakhan Kumar Mandal v.

Travel records.
Employment posting.
Passport/immigration records.
Separate residence documents.
Relevant dates.
Messages और other contemporaneous evidence.

अगर आप Delhi, Gurugram, Noida या Delhi-NCR में ऐसे sensitive matrimonial dispute से गुजर रहे हैं, तो divorce lawyers in Delhi and Delhi NCR से पहले evidence और legal position समझना जरूरी है.

Research source: Lakhan Kumar Mandal v. Foolmati Devi, Jharkhand High Court, 29 June 2026, 2026:JHHC:18915. The judgment discusses the requirement of a strong prima facie case and proof of non-access before a DNA test can be directed in such matrimonial circumstances.

PURUSH AAYOG DELHI : NRI MAN PAID TO ADVOCATE IN CASH BECAUSE HIS UNETHICAL LAWYER REFUSED TO ACCEPT ONLINE TRANSFER

Divorce Lawyers in Delhi and Delhi NCR: Cash fee

Client

Fee statement?

WhatsApp पर payment confirmation?

Bank transfer?

Bar Council of India Rules

Case

Jayesh Kanna v. The Assistant Commissioner, Law and Order (West)
